Worry-Free Delivery Protection At mfish, we partner with Seel to offer Worry-Free Delivery Protection for eligible orders. All claims are reviewed by Seel, and final claim decisions and payout amounts are subject to Seel's approval. How to Add Worry-Free Delivery You'll see the Worry-Free Delivery option and its cost after adding a product to your cart and in your shopping cart. Select the option before completing your purchase to add protection to your order. What's Covered Package Loss Maximum payout: The total amount actually paid for the covered items in the order, excluding shipping fees. Not delivered and tracking has no exception: Domestic shipment (origin and destination are in the same country): the package is considered lost if it has not been received more than 30 days after shipment. International shipment (origin and destination are in different countries): the package is considered lost if it has not been received more than 60 days after shipment. If tracking already shows an exception, you may submit a claim immediately. Marked delivered but not received: Submit the claim within 7 days after the carrier's delivery date and provide any one of the following: Police report Relevant security or on-site video footage A loss confirmation issued by the carrier Written documentation issued by another qualified authority or person Package Damage Maximum payout: Based on the extent of damage, up to the total amount actually paid for the covered items in the order, excluding shipping fees. Claim deadline: Submit the claim within 7 days after delivery. Required evidence: Photos of the carrier packaging/package Photos clearly showing the damaged product Pre-shipment product issues and damage caused by the customer are not covered. Final eligibility and payout are subject to Seel's claim review. Package Delay Payout: US$5 cash per eligible order, paid in the customer's transaction currency. Claim deadline: Submit the claim after the delay threshold is met and within 90 days of the purchase date. Domestic shipment: considered delayed if it has not been received more than 10 days after shipment. International shipment: considered delayed if it has not been received more than 30 days after shipment. Delay claims are assessed automatically based on tracking timestamps; no supporting documents are required. Submitting a delay claim does not prevent you from later submitting an eligible loss or damage claim.
