3. How to Receive Your Free Cable

If the free cable does NOT appear as $0.00:

  • Simply place your order and contact us afterward.
  • We will either refund any amount you were charged for the free gift or ship additional complimentary cables to ensure you receive the correct quantity.

Q: Will I receive multiple cables if I buy multiple items? A: Yes. Each qualifying product unit includes one free cable. If you purchase multiple eligible items, you will receive a matching number of complimentary cables. (Note: Excluded products like the 75W E-RHINO or Mad Pixels GaN Charger do not count toward this.)

Q: Do I need a coupon code? A: No code is needed. The system will automatically add the gifts for you at checkout for eligible items.

Q: What if the cable tip (especially the Lightning connector) falls off? A: No worries. The detachable connector design allows you to simply push the tip back into place. It is designed to be flexible!
