mfish Warranty Policy

At mfish, this Warranty Policy sets out the terms under which eligible product quality issues may qualify for a free replacement within one year of purchase, and the terms under which customers may receive discounted replacement service after the one-year period.

Terms:

Eligible mfish products are covered under this Warranty Policy. This policy primarily applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use.

For eligible product quality issues, customers may receive a free replacement within one (1) year of purchase. After the one-year warranty period, customers may be eligible for discounted replacement service, subject to the product category, claim type, and the terms set out in this policy.

Depending on the product and the nature of the claim, customers may be offered replacement parts, a full replacement, or discounted replacement service, at mfish’s sole discretion. If the original product, model, color, or version is no longer available at the time of claim processing, mfish reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement product or equivalent alternative.

Proof of purchase may be required in order to verify eligibility and process a warranty or replacement claim.

mfish reserves the right to deny any claim if it determines that the claim is fraudulent, abusive, unsupported by sufficient evidence, outside the scope of this Warranty Policy, or related to a product purchased from an unauthorized seller or channel.

This Warranty Policy does not include any service, inspection, installation, shipping, or third-party costs associated with the claimed item unless otherwise expressly stated by mfish.

Warranty coverage by product category:

* Eligible free replacement claims for product quality issues submitted within one (1) year of purchase do not count toward the discounted replacement limit.

What items are covered under this Warranty Policy?

This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly through the official mfish website.

All product categories purchased through the official mfish website are eligible for coverage under this policy, subject to the applicable warranty terms, replacement conditions, and claim limits set out herein.

What items are not covered under this Warranty Policy?

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, third-party marketplaces, or other non-official channels are not covered under this Warranty Policy.

Complimentary products, free gifts, and promotional giveaway items are not eligible for discounted replacement service unless otherwise expressly stated by mfish.

mfish reserves the right to deny coverage for any product if it determines that the item was purchased through an unauthorized channel, has been tampered with, repackaged, altered, or otherwise falls outside the scope of this Warranty Policy.

Are there limits to this Warranty Policy?

Eligible free replacement claims for product quality issues submitted within one (1) year of purchase are not subject to the replacement limit set out in this Warranty Policy.

Discounted replacement claims submitted after one (1) year from the date of purchase are limited to two (2) discounted replacements per product.

If the original product, model, color, or style is unavailable at the time of replacement, mfish may provide a comparable or reasonably equivalent replacement item at its sole discretion.
